We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join the team at Premier Support Services Group, based in Digbeth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop key administrative skills whilst gaining valuable experience in a professional office environment.


Duties include:

  • Receiving incoming calls/faxes and e-mails relating to client maintenance work requests
  • Cogging work requests
  • Contacting clients
  • Answer enquiries
  • Updating customers on the progress of jobs
  • Managing the purchase order
  • Updating weekly and monthly reports
  • Filing
  • General administration duties

  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Ability to accurately enter data
  • Experience with Microsoft programmes

  • GCSE grades A* to E (2-9) or Functional Skills Level 1 or above in Maths and English

This role will involve working with children/young people so a DBS check will need to be completed.

The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent training.
