Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received within one working day (24 hours) prior to the event, 100% of the fee will be required, no refund if full payment has been received.

If cancellation is received between 1 working day and two days working day (48 hours) prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be required or 50% refunded if full payment has been received.

If cancellation is received in less than 5 working days but more than 48 hours prior to the event, 25% of the fee will be required or 75% refunded if full payment has been received.

If cancellation is made more than 5 working days prior to the event 0% of the fee will be required or 100% refunded if full payment has been received. 

If you wish to transfer your booking to a later date, this may be done but no less than 48 hours before the original course date. In these instances, no additional cost is involved if full payment has already been received, however Gordon Franks Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course or service at any time after giving written notice to the buyer.
