During National Apprenticeship Week 2019, we crowned the winner of our annual Star Apprentice Award. This year, we received a special entry from a young female who had done exceptionally well to complete her Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Whilst working at Jericho Foundation Recyling as a Customer Service Apprentice, Bethany Haycock successfully passed her End Point Assessment. This was GFT's first ever learner to undergo the final assessment, and this was a great achievement for both Bethany and our Apprenticeship Team.
To celebrate Bethany's achievement, we invited Bethany to GFT to receive her certificate and £50 prize. Whilst here, we sat down with Bethany and discussed the highlights of her Apprenticeship and learned more about her journey to success.
