What is a #Traineeship – Your Route Into Work

News & Events

Traineeships are short educational programmes that aim to develop the key skills and experience needed before entering an Apprenticeship or employment. The training programme can last up to 6 months and will include a substantial work placement where you can put your knowledge into practice and gain experience in a real work environment.

You can apply for a Traineeship in the UK if you are aged 16 to 24, eligible to work in England, have little or no employment experience and are qualified below a Level 3.

On 21st August 2020, our team hosted a Webinar that aimed to provide all necessary information about Traineeships, as well as discussing all potential routes into work for young people.

We are encouraging Students, School Leavers, Parents/Guardians and Careers Advisors to watch and share the Webinar below:

If you have any questions regarding anything covered in the webinar, please do not hesitate to contact our team on 0121 333 3001, or click here to submit a message.
